Policies and Terms of Use for the SLA Blog

The SLA blog is world-readable but only signed-in SLA members are permitted to comment. To join the world’s largest community of sports law professionals, please click here. If you are already an SLA member but don’t have a username and password, please email sla@sportslaw.org and we will get you set up. If you have forgotten your password, please click here for instructions on resetting it.

Blog content must be original, related to a current or historically important aspect of sports law, and should be no more than 500-750 words in length.

Comments must be polite and respectful in tone and content, must not be used to promote non-SLA content or business/charitable interests, and are subject to deletion by the moderators, whose decisions shall be final. By posting a comment you agree to be bound by these policies.

By submitting your comment or work of authorship for publication you warrant that it is original and grant to the Sports Lawyers Association a royalty-free license in perpetuity to edit, publish, republish, and create derivative works from your work in any medium, including those not in existence at the time the license is granted. We will credit you as the original author.

These policies and Terms of Use for the blog supplement but do not replace the Terms of Use and policies, including the Privacy Policy, that apply to sportslaw.org overall.
